Dry Fitting the Hull and Deck

The deck loosely fitted on the hull gives a hint on how much “finesse” will be required when wiring.

Deck aligned with the hull…

No huge gaps or problems appear…

The deck shape looks good, a few wires placed, and is ready to be taped.

Decided on using shrink wrap rather than adding a dozen wires just to be sniped later.

The saw benches made shrink wrapping much easier. Can’t imagine haven’t to lift the boat up every time needed to pass the wrap under the boat.

If you don’t have someone to help pressing in the boards while wiring, then shrink wrap is the cheap and easy solution. Ready to do some tack-welding.
